Our Family Story
Owners María and Heriberto have always been entrepreneurs at heart. Before opening Cafetal Quilombo in 2015, they ran a tortilla business in Aguascalientes, Mexico. With the support of their family, they started their café with just two items: coffee and tamales. Since then, they’ve grown their menu while keeping the same vision—offering a cozy, inviting space for everyone to feel at home.

Bringing flavors from Aguascalientes, we serve handcrafted Mexican dishes made with fresh ingredients. Our tamales, tortas, and chilaquiles are prepared with the same care and tradition that started it all. Every bite is a taste of home, made with love and authenticity.

We proudly serve Fonte Coffee Roasters, known for expertly roasting beans to bring out their fullest flavor. Whether you prefer a bold espresso, a creamy latte, or a traditional café de olla, every cup is crafted to be rich, smooth, and satisfying.
